My complaint:

On 28 February I canceled my insurance with your agent, our agent ineglected to cancel it. On 15 March 2 $122 and checking on my account for my insurance. When I contact the agent they backdated to 1 March, and said I was receiving my money back in my account between three and four days. on 16 March I received an email stating that my check will be mailed to me if you took them out of my account why not put it back in. Constantly contacting your agency. No one knows why they checked with my refund back to my account and a check mailed to me which of the 23rd of this month I have not received the check yet. I was told I have to wait until the 27th. Tell him I did not receive my check till I had to wait and see what they want to resolve the problem. Number one I didn’t start this problem for number two why do I have to wait on the money that you took out of the one day that you couldn’t give it back to me the one day. I really think this is a bad policy and I’m not gonna lay down and let this go away. I had to contact my local TV station, the Better Business Bureau and anybody that will listen to me I will. Thank you .

Suggested solution:

Give me my money and you took it out on Monday while I had to wait 10 days to get it back plus if you took it out my account why do I have to wait for a check in the mail, really I am tired of waiting. I need my money. Thank you.
