Epic Games complaint: Got banned and prevent access to play the game and access ingame items purchased

My complaint:

I got banned from the game RUST. the ban is applied by the third-party company called Epic games, that prevent access to items purchased to uso ingame.

This third party company says that i purchased and used cheats, wich is not true and never happened, all software that i own and use is legit and does not interfere with the Game.

Suggested solution:

remove the ban
