Epic Games complaint: Epic Games has blocked recovery of my compromised Fortnite account since 2020

My complaint is for epic games, and they have been non stop denying my recovery requests, even though i am the rightful owner. I have wasted so much money into the game and put my time into it, just for it to get hacked and i cannot login anymore.

The game in question is Fortnite, and i don’t know. the account was compromised in 2020 or around that time, and its been banned ever since. I’ve tried making recovery requests with all the info they ever gave me, and they never helped me. they’ve emailed me back saying its recoverable and that i should make a ticket on it, but when i do they never help. its like I’m stuck in a endless loop. could you please help me?

A lot, I’ve been playing the game since 2017, and i spent at least 1-2k euros on vbucks on the game, which is a crazy amount, and i also put exclusive stuff like mobile collabs on the account which costed even more.

I want to speak to a real epic games agent, and i want them to help me recover the account. I have everything they want to verify me as the account owner.
