My complaint:
I was banned for 24 hours on Fortnite without any reason. I reached out to player support and they said to wait it out and I would be able to play again. I complied. After 24 hours I was permanently banned without reason. I reached out to appeal numerous times asking to provide proof of legitimate gameplay and have been constantly ignored. Nobody seems to care about the little guy. I’ve even been banned from submitting tickets. I need a higher entity to help resolve this.
