My complaint:
My son has been banned from Fortnite for good, they won’t supply us with a reason why, my son has done nothing wrong and is extremely upset for loosing all his hard earned money (plus my money) it’s disgusting, he’s done nothing wrong they won’t tell us why, they don’t care and we’ve just been dismissed, please help
Suggested solution:
Give my son his account back and tell us why he's been banned
