Enterprise Rent-A-Car complaint: No help at all

My complaint:

I have been renting from enterprise a very long time without any issues until recently I had issues with renting a car due to the employee at the local office charging my card under credit after being instructed to charge under debit card and I was unsucessful at getting a rental due to her trying to charge me on credit then I had tried after that to rent again and for the whole week i contacted her at local office to rent she continued to tell me she was booked and there wasn’t a car available for me as she was sold out so i made a compliant and now my account is suspended I have waited over a week to hear back from supervisor and still no call nothing .

Suggested solution:

Unsuspend my account as they had no reason to besides me making a complaint and also have a car available for me to rent
