My complaint:
Energy Solutions Direct (ESD) refuses to return a $7,500 deposit on a solar battery. The solar battery did not meet code and could not be installed. Energy Solutions direct also refuses to maintain the solar system. The solar system has been down for 6 weeks and Energy Solutions direct refuses to fix it.
Suggested solution:
ESD should ly return the $7,500 deposit and fix the solar system
