My complaint:

I paid $7,500 to ESD solar On Feb 8, 2023 for one battery to store excess solar energy produced. ESD solar came to install it and wanted to split the electrical panel between the generator and the solar battery. I said that is not what I had asked for. I asked specifically for one battery to store excess solar power generated, and not break up the electric panel because I have a whole house generator. The salesmen, Mason Kelso came back and said they forgot to look up the code and could not install only one battery to store excess solar power generated, they had to install two batteries. I said that I was not interested in two batteries because that is not what I had asked for. I had asked for one battery to store excess solar power produced. I said I was not interested in two batteries and wanted my $7,500 deposit back. ESD solar refuses to return the $7,500 deposit although it was completely their fault.

Suggested solution:

Refund the $7,500 deposit
