My complaint:
Made reservations 6 months ago to this supposedly beautiful rv resort for the month of March. Not sure where they were talking about. This place has sewer problems and stinks most of the day and evening. Picture look amazing but I bet that there hasn’t been an update here since 1970. I was actually embarrassed to have my friend come to visit. I would move if I hadn’t spent over $1,300 for a month here in this dump. As I write this, I am sitting inside my 5th wheel, with air on and the sweet smell of sewer. I want my money back so we can get the heck out of here.
Btw, we have to lock everything up because of all the thefts.
Suggested solution:
Move us to an Encore Resort that isn’t a dump or refund our money
You want proof. Come for a visit as a camper and see your spot and smell the stink
