My complaint:
I purchased a small Mobile home a few weeks ago…I was told at the time by one employee at the desk that my home lot rent would be around 600 dollars…as it is not considered waterfront…Went to the Office with my signed paperwork..and was told by the Manager that the amount wasn’t right..That it was over 800 hundred a month..I said but mine is a private water sight as there is public fishing in my front yard and the bay…I mention this to Wes…the maintenance man and he replied.. Oh well..I didn’t buy the place..you did..Also told the Manager about the matter and she said.. you can always sell if your not happy.. .I’m a single senior female and have felt alienated as they were down right mean….please help..

To have my lot rent lowered to the amount that was first stated..
