My complaint:
A person across the street has 4 vehicles parked at lot. 2 at the drive next to him, tonight i was taking my dog to dog park and didnt see him backing out of the illegial parking spot, he came with in 6 inches of running over my dog. I knocked on his windo ans said you about ran over us. He said you had 50 feet to walk arond, i said you arent suppose to be parked here according to rules, he said i will beat the shit out of you, i said go ahead, he wouldnt get out of car, if something with park and encore doesnt get resolved about this im going to file a police report on monday.
Suggested solution:
Have the guy go by rules and apoligze to me
