My complaint:
Last January 30, I have received text messages from ENBD that there were transactions made on my Debit Cards. There were 7 transactions that were being done on my card and 3 of them were successful transactions. Today, February 14, I have received a call saying that those transactions were made with OTP and email sent to me about the transactions. I have informed them how did you do your investigation when you did not even asked me to validate or if I have received any OTP or any email about those purchases.
Suggested solution:
They should not give the money to the merchant and revert it back to me as I have not made those purchases online.
