My complaint:
On 28th September 2022 I flew from Schiphol, Amsterdam to Dubai. ticket number:176-9544930939 The plane was overfull and it took a long time before I could leave the plane, board the bus to my connecting flight to Accra on 29th September 2022. I missed the flight and coupon 4 was changed to a ticket the following day. I had to pay USD160 and spent USD40 on meals till the following day. This was due to the delay in getting all passengers from board, not to my fault. My complaint is the USD160 for the ticket and USD40 for extra cost to feed myself for having to spent one full day at the airport.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund of the USD160 and USD40
