El Pollo Loco complaint: Rude customer service

My complaint:

My co-worker and I stopped at the Pollo Loco in Escondido for some dinner, and we placed an order through the drive-thru for two tostada salads. I added a side of guacamole, but we just wanted a small one like the salsas they give you and 2 Serrano chili’s but I felt like the girl taking my order was not understanding me. When we got to the window the girl seemed like confused or like she didn’t understand English very well. Then when we got our food and we were checking it and she said “OK Thank you” as if she wanted me to drive away, but there weren’t any cars behind us so I continued to check my order and then she slammed her little window hard on us! There was no need for that type of rude customer service and they charged us $5.99 for guacamole when we asked for a little one and they barely put any lettuce and meat in our salads. I’m very disappointed because I love El Pollo Loco and go there often, but we were not happy how we were pushed out of their drive-thru and then our salads weren’t even fulfilling.

Suggested solution:

We would like a double beef tostada and a double chicken tostada made how they normally make them. Nice and big. Worth my money and I also would like to be treated better. I don’t think they should have an employee working the cash register if they don’t understand English well and I am Hispanic myself, so I am not racist at all. I would appreciate to be talked to nicely. Thank you!
