Complaint: Order messed up

My complaint:

On 01052022 @ 12:56 PM, I placed my online order for a 10 piece Familia Dinner Meal which included 2 large sides. I scheduled it to be ready at 4:45 PM. When I arrived my order was not ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my order. When I got home I found that one of the large sides (rice) was missing. I immediately called the store and notified them of their error. Their only effort for resolving this problem was to tell me to return to pick the missing item. This is not the first time they have screwed up my online order. I order from them about once a month. I have yet to receive a completely correct order. Something is always missing such as salsa or wrong salad dressing. My choices are clearly indicated on my order ation email and also on the receipt. How difficult is it to check the order list and make sure it is packed CORRECTLY?? This is the final straw. I won’t be ordering from El Pollo Loco anymore.

Suggested solution:

If they have any integrity they should comp me a meal.
