My complaint:
I ordered at 3pm didn’t get food for 3 hrs.I complained as it’s a delivery service store uses.Not grubhub or other service. Management called me saying that they were srry. And I would be getting refund. $35.91.I have called numerous times. Have driven to the store. Talked to manager. She said that they are waiting for delivery service to refund them.And if they don’t respond. I would be getting it within the week. And nothing a month I placed order June 10th 23.And today July 11th why didn’t they just refund me. Wait on there end to deal with lame delivery service. I am a senior rarely go out to eat.This was a treat for me. But turned out to be a major inconvenience. Not to mention the price for the wait and cold food.

Give me my $ back asap
Well that’s why it was 3 hours late. A ten cent tip all drivers are denying the order. Just go pick it up if you can’t spare a buck or two. No driver will pick that up unless there’s a 2 order delivery to make it worth it
