My complaint:
Good Morning: I joined Eharmony threefour months ago and prior to my last request to cancel and refund my subscription which was in July less than few weeks from subscribing noticing I was hooked in on their ad to sign up for free or some concocted none sense which amounted to $83 a month for duration of six months for $300! If that buyer beware caveat wasn’t enough to file a police complaint that I was robbed the weak suggested matches are appalling and deliberate so you can keep siphoning money to pimp your service. I want out of this company and refund and sick and tired of complaining to canned emails that you keep responding to. Like I explained in both emails African American women are not even looked at or taken seriously on this white women pursuit conquest from white black and in between men and I’m done making this obvious point after 34 months as well as every site it’s the same lack of interests and I’n tired of paying to look at pictures get deleted and ignored refused to be taken seriously or heard by your staff that I’m not happy here and what am I paying for?

Delete profile and subscription refund and move on.
