My complaint:
I want to know why after I completed my application and profile and gave my Credit card Details and received a congratulatory email inviting me to view my matches I was not connected to anywhere and I cannot make contact to find out why.

You have the eharmony ID you provided. You can check it.
If I do not hear back from eharmony within 24 hours this matter will be immediately passed on to the Australian Federal Police.
