My complaint:
I cancelled my subscription. I did not hear or receive any notification from them of issues. I now get a collection bill of owing them.
Absolutely a ripoff. Other customers should be aware.
Suggested solution:
A refund. I took care of the payment when I called collections only because it was indicated it would be a waist time to dispute. I now wish to get it out there that their site is a ripoff!
