My complaint:
On 21.02 I paid 260 EUR for a ticket to New Delhi from Istanbul valid on 27.02. The money was sent by bank transfer (ING Germany) but I never received any ation. It is impossible to contact anybody from eDreams, since they have only chatbots. If I had paid by VISA I could complain to them but I made the transfer directly from my bank … I understand that service is terrible everywhere but this is theft.
Suggested solution:
Pay me back the money already paid or issue the ticket.
