My complaint:
We bought 3 flight ticket with flex option. We are trying to reach edreams for 1 month. Nobody calling, nobody helping, just trying to change my flight. They are lying about flex option. They are not buying changeable tickets. It’s a money trap. The tickets are not cheaper. Never but never buy from edreams.
Suggested solution:
They can change my flight with calling me.
