My complaint:

I recently purchased 2 flights from Dublin to Berlin for 21st Jun 2022 and returning flights from Berlin to Dublin for 2 people on Friday 24th June 2022. I also booked accommodation. Full amount was withdrawn from my credit card. EDreams then sent me an email with different flight information. I tried to contact them on line regarding this and they informed me that my flights were not ed and that they had cancelled them. I was told it would be 10-14 days before i get refund for flights and 90 days before i get refund for hotel..

Suggested solution:

I would like a FULL refund from edreams immediately in order to book my holiday.
