My complaint:
I purchased flight ticket from e dreams agency for from Toronto to Athens Greece. On November 17 2022 my first flight was from Toronto airport to Montreal. When I tried to check out the Agent told me that my name is not on the list. And bc, my mother past away I had to go . The agent recommended me to purchase new ticket and talk to e dreams agency to get refund. I found out from porter airline that e dreams agency taking my money but not paid to the airline. Since that almost every day contacting the Edreams agency they promising but again no response.
Suggested solution:
That means I paid 2 times for one Ticket e dreams agency should refund one of them
