My complaint:
Cancelled 2 passengers for flight in W.A. on 24.9.21. Received partial refund of $96.12. Balance still $338.20. I phoned REX airlines and was told that $434.32 had been refunded to eDreams. They have denied this saying only partial refund had been paid. After numerous emails since January 2022 have had no response.
Suggested solution:
Please pay us the full refund we are owed.
