My complaint:
I was charged by EDREAMS 54.99 EUR without any purchase on 08/02/2024 at 06:42. I have not made any booking, not requested the PRIME, nothing.
I contacted the customer service at customercare@case.edreams.com. Attached the bank statement and personal details, and requested for the refund.
Since then, I have received the same response for number of times: “we are unable to locate your charge. Please share your booking reference, first and last name, etc.”
I have shared the requested information FIVE TIMES, attaching the bank statement every time, still, the response is basically the same.
And today I received the email with the contact phone number in UK, with the suggestion to “contact our dedicated team for further assistance“. Further? I did not get any assistance whatsoever! And calling from Brazil, where I am living now, would cost me probably twice as much as the claimed amount.
I would highly appreciate if you just finally refunded the money that EDREAMS have taken without my consent.
