My complaint:
Edreams did not inform me that my flight was cancelled
I therefore ended up having to buy expensive last minute tickets to get home from my holiday.
I have liaised with Edreams about this for four months now, but they are not processing this as a complaint but simply returning standard pre-scripted responses.
The screenshot shows that even now, the flight does not display as cancelled.
Suggested solution:
They should compensate me for the price of the last minute tickets that I had to buy on the day of my return.
The reason I had to purchase these tickets and was unable to proceed with my original return flight was the fault of Edreams.
