My complaint:
Every time I book flight with Ryanair on Ryanair application Edream take money from my account.
Edream denied it since I am not a customer.
It is froud
Ryanair assure me that they do not share my details with Edream.
Edream still my money
Bank of Ireland provide me with number if transaction.

This continues for year
Bank block my account (suspicious activity)and send me new card but Edream has access to my account
Suggested solution:
Return my money to my account.
Stop access to my account in the futer
Otherwise I will contact solicitor to start proces against Edream
