My complaint:
I tried to make a compliant about an order I received that was left on my front doorstep and ants covered the container. I tried to make a complaint with the office on 7930 West Grand Parkway, Richmond, TX 77406 and the lady was very rude, did not listen, and she told me I had given the driver permission to leave it there. That’s an outright lie. When the driver called me, I was in the hospital emergency room. She said she would be arriving soon or something to that effect. I told her I would contact my wife to meet her and open the front door. My wife told me the package had been left on the porch and the driver had left already.
I or anyone I know will never order from you again. You should consider going out of business soon. Anyone with the brain of a five-year-old should know you don’t leave perishable food outside in a clear container on the front porch especially in the hot a-word Texas heat.

Just listened to my complaint and not make false accusations. I did not want the product or any refund. I just wanted to voice a concern I had.
