My complaint:
I had placed an order for a sympathy basket on November 19, 2025. Immediately upon placing my order I realized my billing information was not correct and I was informed that no one would be at the destination (home) until Tuesday, November 25, 2025 so I called the store (twice) immediately. No one had answered and I submitted my concerns online to their store and again, no one had reached out to me. I tried reaching that store AGAIN in the morning on November 20, 2025 by phone AND through the online submisson to the store explaining in detail the issues. NO RESPONSE. Today, I received an email saying my oreder was delivered on November 20, 2025. NO ONE IS HOME (and I explained this to them in a voice mail and online each time I contacted them). So I only assume my order will be sitting on their front porch until November 25, 2025. This is an item that must be refrigerated. I tried calling them again today, November 21, 2025, and left a voicemail and online message, still no response.
Suggested solution:
I want a new basket sent on Tuesday November 25, 2025, without an additional charge!
