My complaint:
i ORDERED A ARRANGEMENT FOR VALINTINES DAY AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED, SO i CALLED AT 7:45 AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE SAID HER STORE FLOODED TODAY AND SHE OVER 200 ORDERS TO FILL
SO THERE WAS NO WAY TO CALL ME. i TOLD HER i WANTED A REFUND AND SHE SENT A SUCCESS EMAIL INSTEAD OF A REFUND EMAIL.
Suggested solution:
REFUND MY MONEY ASAP, i PUT IT ON YELP ALSO!!
