eBay complaint: Unreasonable Action Against my Seller Account

My complaint:

After many years of buying, selling on Ebay for No reason my auctions where pulled off, my account restricted and the funds from my sales put on hold. I received multiple requests for my personal information, demands to provide documentation and proof that I purchased the items that I was selling. I was instructed to provide receipts, manufacture invoices, shipping trackingdelivery info. All after the items where sold. Ebay kept the monies and made me wait until each and every item was delivered before releasing my money. I’am a 12 year customer with 1,600 positive feedback rating. I had to call over and over trying to get action. Was one big nightmare and I was never given a reason Why?

Suggested solution:

Explain what rules warrant this action and why I had to go this situation. It was awful and made me feel like I was some sort of bad person.
