My complaint:
Ordered 925 sterling silver (large) crucifix from them. Arrived, and definitely NOT 925 sterling silver! It’s just steel! I buy LOTS of 925 sterling silver! I know a phony when I see it! Vendor VERY hostile and immature! Business in Thailand. First thing he emailed is what I have to go through to PROVE it! It’s CHRISTMAS and I haven’t the time or resourses to go through what he eagerly delineated what is need to bust them! I think they count on people not doing that! They advertise that they gladly give refunds. Wonder why!
Suggested solution:
Kick them off eBay! Never gone wrong with them, and I\'d hate for others to get victimized by them him like I did! They don\'t belong on a reputable site such as EBay!
