My complaint:
This order was supposed to be free shipping. Instead it came with over $21 in USPS postage due! I heard this was a common scam they use. Of course I refused the package, as it was not provided under the agreed terms.
EBAY, this type of issue should trump any positive reviews the company gets.
Suggested solution:
Honor the money back guarantee and immediately refund my money paid toward the order.
