My complaint:

On 3/17/23 a ebay buyer purchased and paid for my Alina Lathe Scroll Chuck-$795 103 shipping. He paid and I shipped right away by USPS Priority Flat rate mail using the ebay label and the seller was provided a tracking number right away. It was shipped to the buyer’s ebay registered address. On June 7 he contacted me saying that he did not get it. I told him that it was shipped and the tracking said delivered and that he should contact his local post office. I have come to find out that he- knowing that the package was coming, went away and did not have anyone pick up his order. After several attemps to deliver, the post office routed it somewhere- I cannot get a answer from anyone. Meanwhile, he filed a complaint with ebay and at the same time complained to his credit card company. Despite me doing everything that I was supposed to do, ebay closed the case and kept $111.60 in selling fees and took another $915 from my bank account. $895 for the item with shipping a $20 DISPUTE FEE. So I have lost $1026.60 as well as my Alina Scroll chuck. I cannot get any response from ebay- they will not accept any e-mails or phone calls. After 20 years of being a loyal and high value seller, I am treated like trash.

Suggested solution:

I want my item back and fees refunded. I followed ebay rules and did everything by the book.
