My complaint:
They suspend my account without explanation. Their customer service was nasty and ends the call. Beware do not buy their gift cards. I bought new gift card from slide.com and it was attach to my account and now I have no access to my money. I have the receipt and credit card statement. They demand all my physical personal information. Do not buy their gift card they just robbed me of a few hundred dollars. I do not sell on ebay and I just planned to buy something during the holiday. Normally I use amazon and walmart. For the last two years I must have made 3-5 purchase. How is that suspicious
Suggested solution:
They could have detached my gift cards so I can get my money that I worked and earned for instead of taking everything.
