My complaint:
On the 290122 I bought a PS4, Games PSPLUS 90 day membership at the Seven Hills outlet since they had no stock it was due to be sent from Melbourne with Couriers Please.
It was picked up buy Couriers Please on the 010222 and due for delivery to me on the 040222.
As of today 020322 I still have not received my PS4 and despite sometimes 2 calls a week to both EB Games Couriers Please neither one can give me answers. All i get is were escalating the issue.
This week I asked for my money back and all I got is a run around of they have procedures and will call me back.
Suggested solution:
Give me a replacement as promised immediately or my money back.
