My complaint:

Recently you advertised trading a ps4 for a ps5. I have paid a deposit and received notification from you of my PICK UP date. This date on receipt was not described as an expected date of arrival. I initialized my ps4 and wiped it clear of my game date after paying a subscription to ps plus to upload game data. I called to see what time today I could collect. Only to be advised they weren’t in. Surely you should have proactively advised that they were not ready. How is this service in a timely manner under the fair trading act. I am a bit bewildered at this process and don’t believe its correct business practice. Your store could not advise days or weeks as to delay time.

Suggested solution:

Let me know when will arrive. Under your terms and conditions you said you were not liable but you also advised you would let me know of delays. You have failed to do this. I am unsure now as to the expected date. I have paid for a subscription. I have initialized my ps4. I am down on time. My son made arrangements to have time off work to come with me. All in all unexeptavle.
