My complaint:
Had an issue with a game so I asked for a refund. The red haired middle aged lady refused adding she was only willing to give a small amount back. I went to a different store and recieved full refund. Will never spend my money at willows again!
Suggested solution:
Employ staff that are helpful, understanding and friendly
