My complaint:

The easyJet official who issuing boarding pass argued with me after that he used abusive language and he quit aggressive and then he ripped my boarding pass and told me that I cannot fly with easyJet. While my sick wife was accompanying me we we’re hopeless at the airport.

Suggested solution:

They should asked that officer and compensate me fully. He should repeat this action with other customers.
