My complaint:
So i made a purchase on this website.. everything was going fine so i thought untill on the next working day they took it upon themselves to take yet another payment which is quite a large sum. Long story short, this has made my bank go into unarranged overdraft and my income will be affected next. Why on earth would they take a second payment when i was able to make purchase and money left my account the first time!! All week i have been trying to communicate through email and getting no outcome whatsoever! The worst shopping experience i have ever had right before xmas. Am so gutted

I want them to uplift or cancel the money hold they have endured on my account unrightfully asap!!
