My complaint:
Ebay has been subtracting the shipping label costs out of my money after i personally paid for them out of my bank account,I brought this issue to Ebay and was reimbursed for only one item. I am suppose to get paid for delivering customers items I am paying for the wrapping paper and the tape and the products I have been shipping outItem number 1-Skeechers mens shoes and a baby high these Nuts sent me .67 cents for these two items,I am offering free shipping for 99 percent of my items Ebay needs to reimburse me for taking my hard earned money,when i called them on the phone serveral times I don’t understand many of them that has broken languages,they are unprofessional and want to sweep my complaint under the rug,eventually I will shut my store down because of this mess,The bottom line why is EBAy charging me for my shipping labels when I paid for them.
Suggested solution:
Give me aalllllllllll my money back that they have subtracted many times from my sales when they should not have and they double charged me for labels I already purchased.
