My complaint:
On the 13th July waiting on the platform for the 23 which was due in at 11.10 pm to Beverley then it came up on the screen no further departure,so to my annoyance I knew the train was about to depart at 11.15 which ended up costing me and partner £12.00 , only to find that when we arrived back in Beverley the 23 was just arriving,this really annoyed me and as we are both pensioners and expecting to use our bus passes !and the information was so misleading and we had to act quickly as the train was about to depart so didn’t have the time to download the tickets hence costing £12.00 ! can you offer any reason why this happened ? regards Brian

Well I think I should be reimbursed for the cost of the train of £12.00 that would help!
