My complaint:
I have filed a complaint multiple times with ea.com ive been polite at first but the more i was ignored or tossed to the side the angrier i got. I am at my wits end! These people claim authentic gameplay and realistic dynamics. However since the release of madden 18 (as far back as i noticed) they have done nothing but rebrand the same broken game. Players jumping 10-12 feet sometimes more in the air, glitches on playcalling, and broken coverages due to glitches (left corner would be covering far right wideout still lined up on the left side. Ive spoke to 2 different people EA_Blueberry and EA_Darko. All ive gotten was thanks for being a fan! They refuse to help anyone. They have gotten completely lazy because they have no competition. Ill refuse to blow another 65 dollars for a 25 dollar product.
Suggested solution:
Do their jobs and fix this. Own their advertisement not blatantly lie
