My complaint:
Banned for multiple suspicious activities (in my eyes it means we hate you and we have some beef with you so we gonna ban you without direct reasons), I played for over 2000 hours spent 10,000 USD on this game and they banned me and don’t even care if is wrong, I felt getting scammed and been treated equally, I felt personal attacks in fact sometimes I made 10 dollars purchase they just took my money and don’t even give me anything back. I would file a lawsuit but they have good team behind it so whether or not it will only waste more of my time I hate this company I want my account back or a full refund of my 10,000 USD
