My complaint:
My account was hacked and 20 packs was opened. All traceable cards were put straight on the market with all other cards quick sold. I only noticed my account hacked when I logged in a saw my packets all gone lots of sold cards. Also lost 150k. Complained to EA who said I was in breach and they took my 650k which I have saved since starting the game. EA are not responding with any evidence, they acknowledge my account was compromised but that’s it. EA actually done more damage then the hacked did as I still had my coins at least. Now Ea have stolen 650k of coins from me.
