My complaint:
Hello I’m an employee at Ez Mart in Foreman Arkansas, and I’ve seen a few times where the daytime manager Lisa has stolen money. Once the register has been counted down and we turn in our money she counts it and I’ve seen her when is stuck money in her bag, then she will tell one of us that our register was short after she has stolen out of it that’s why it was short and she takes it out of our checks. I was going to call her out on it like the last two people did but she fired them and made up a lie as to why they were fired, I need my job so I kept quiet. She even takes bags of food out the freezer and takes it out the side door of the store where her car is parked and once told me it’s some groceries she bought during her lunch break and put them in the freezer. She lied because she never leaves never does anything but sit in her office on the phone or outside in her car… Someone needs to do something about it because so many people are getting hired and fired not to long after because they are calling her out on her shit she is doing at y’all’s store and has been doing it for years and blaming the employees..
Suggested solution:
Get her from working up there and hire someone whose going to treat us employees right and not like dogs
