My complaint:
This place is horrible the older lady that wear glasses is not educated at all about the age you have to be to buy lottery tickets in Virginia (by the way 18) she said “I don’t care if your 18 you have to be 21 and older to buy tickets from here.” I have purchased tickets here in the past and have shown ID i hope the owner sees this because she lacks common sense and knowledge. I’m angry for the simple reason I feel belittled!
Suggested solution:
Either give me a free ticket or make this women aware of the rules.She should be held accountable for making me feel the way I do. I loved coming to this place because it’s so close to where I live but not now, I want something to be done.
