My complaint:
Cashier was very rude would let exchange my drink because I mistakenly grab the wrong one. I was told all sales are final which I was aware of. I also tried to purchase a another drink he refused my service because I was causing to many problems he said after I calmly asked for his name repeatedly……
Suggested solution:
Replace the employee customer service should be his first priority...
