My complaint:
Saturday July 22nd I went to my local ez mart. To get a pack of cigarettes. I had a conversation a private conversation in the parking lot with 2 family members and the girl working that night was outside listening to my conversation. When I went inside to purchase my cigarettes she proceeded to tell me she kicked my husband out the day prior because he was “talking shit about me” her words. So please excuse my language. The she proceeded to cause confusion with me and another employee that me and my husband are friends with outside of ez mart. And told the other employee that I said I was going to cause bodily harm. Which was never said. She then called the police and tried to have me banned. Mind you I had already been gone from the store while all this took place. It is unprofessional for her as a sales clerk to tell me my husband was talking bad about me and the proceed to cause another problem with someone else. I have been a customer for years and I never had this kind of problem until she got here. I reached out to the manager but never received a call. So now I want to formally file a complaint on the girl that worked that evening.
Suggested solution:
I would like some disciplinary done. There is no reason she she be stirring up problems while on the job. Especially false accusations and claims.
