My complaint:
A long time friend and I walked into ez mart and he purchased me a large fountain drink and chips. While checking out the female clerk demanded I thank my friend. I told her I already had and she said well you need to thank him now. I repeated I had already thanked him and she stopped the transaction and said again you need to thank him now. I asked so I have to thank him so you can hear it? And she said look sir we’re not going to argue about this I just walked out.
Suggested solution:
Reprimand the employee
